ZOMBI Localização Pistola silenciada p226.
"The poor bloke that used this couldn't take it anymore. Make sure his death is avenged!"
- Doctor Knight
The SiG-Sauer P226 Pistol is a semi-automatic handgun in ZombiU. It shares Handgun Ammo with the L9A1 Pistol. It is one of only two firearms in the game with a silencer, which muffles the noise the gun creates.
The P226 the player recieves was once used by a secret service agent who, overwhelmed with the ongoing situation, blew his brains out in the downstairs restroom with the weapon in one of the stalls.
Gameplay[]
In terms of stats, the P226 is better than the L9A1 in every single stat except firepower when upgraded, where it is slightly weaker. In general, this makes it a highly useful weapon; in most regards it can be used interchangably with the L9A1 and you won't usually notice much of a change in performance (with only 1-2 bullets more to drop an Infected under the usual circumstances), and the added fire rate and clip size help make up the difference up-close.
The true value of this pistol comes out in open terrain, especially on Survivor difficulty, where the silencer allows it to kite individual zombies out of a crowd without risking provoking the whole horde, or setting off traps or mines without giving away your position. By doing this, the P226 gives you the option of dealing with Infected without the dangerous or even fatal risk of getting surrounded by the damned things.
The main downside, is, again, its low firepower, and the fact that it's slightly less efficient at taking out enemies than the L9A1. Correctly used, it's a fine addition to the player's arsenal, especially on harder dfificulty levels.
Location[]
Mission 06: In a washroom stall, in the hands of someone who committed suicide in the Buckingham Palace underground. Be careful, as it's one of the few guns that can be easily missed, especially since it's never required to go down into the Washrooms.
